Great value
Very nice motel very clean and friendly.

Good 6.0
The room was clean and in decent condition. Good value. Breakfast was good, different hot food each day. They are working on the building and grounds to make improvements. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but some great restaurants nearby.

Easy access to everything I needed.
I was very pleased with the staff - and issues were attended to quickly. The neighbourhood is a touch questionable.- but it was less than 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to be. Hotels.com, unfortunately, pooched.

Nice but a couple of glitches
The room was above average in respect to the cleanliness and bedding. However two plumbing problems arose in the morning: a leaky sink and the adjusted was well worn for the hot and cold and took about 10 minutes of adjusting to get hot water. Overall, I liked the place and will return.

Economic Value
We stayed here Oct 31, 2018. The hotel covers basics well at an economical price. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the plumbing worked. However, some details need some tlc. The handles on the desk chair were very loose. I reattached the linkage under the vanity to the sink stopper. The shower had some cracks in it. We especially enjoyed the Little Anitas Mexican restaurant, which is within easy walking distance. We would stay here again.

Overall good
It was very comfortable. We did see what we thought was a tick in the room. Since they do allow dogs, I guess this is why. They did provide a bagged breakfast and were very helpful.
