Felt very safe and staff were very professional.We loved the location and the complimentary chocolate hour. Our only complaint would be that our room was not serviced ( stayed 2 nights). We received a knock on the door on the second night at around 6pm (cleaner) asking if we needed towels but coffee etc was not restocked and room was not serviced.
