Great view
We arrived in the late afternoon. The girl at the front desk was not welcoming at all. We got our keys and the gentleman who was also at the desk wished us a good stay. We went to the room and could not get in. Another guest tried to help us with the swipe key, but still didn't work. Went down to the reception and got the same girl. Told me in a snarky tone that the keys worked. Another young man at the desk offered to accompany me to the room to make sure we could get in. Did not work. He used his master key to let us in. Came back up with two more keys, only one work. Went to have a shower. no hot water. Went to ask if there was a problem with the hot water - same girl, same snarky answer. No. Original gentleman said he would send someone up to check. Plumber came - no hot water, but manage to get lukewarm. Three days same problem. Didn't know how to fix the hot water. Ran for 15 minutes still lukewarm and we would just have to do the best we could. Couldn't wait to leave to go to our next destination so that we could get a decent shower. Girl at reception needs to take a course in client satisfaction. Very unhelpful and extremely self important. Never could read her name because it was always covered up with her scarf.

Think twice!
Hotel was basically fine for hotel range. However bedroom very noisy - doors slamming shut at all hours of night and day, Bathroom fit for one occupant only. Wardrobe layout poor, shelving awkward, no drawers, hanging space worst of all - difficult to see or access all clothes apart form those outermost on rail. shelving. Room looked spacious but poor lay out.
