The elevators had trouble two of the days we were there people got stuck inside. The would leave trash in the hallway. Front desk people were not very friendly or helpful.

Good location. Room was clean, comfortable but very small. In front of hotel is a small courtyard with benches that homeless people hang out at night. All hotel does not have any amenities. Good hotel for one night stay but would not stay at this location again

Everything was excellent!
My daughter and I wanted to stay somewhere close to the garment district and this hotel’s location was perfect! It was also only a short walk from Penn Station. Not only was it where we wanted to be, but it was located near some great restaurants. We arrived at 9:30 am and they held our luggage until we could check in later. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I travel to NYC.
