    Meh
The check in person was super unpleasant and rude, our room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable . Parking was very expensive and the breakfast at the hotel was expensive and limited had limited options. I would stay again, but disappointed in the extra fees

    Not good.
We were travelling as a family. The sink in our bathroom, the water did not go down the drain until hours later. The room smelt musty. The breakfast buffet was overpriced.

    Poor 2.0
    Very unpleasant surprise!
Hello, I recently stayed at the Doubletree Hilton in Orlando (Universal Studios). I have always trusted your hotel chain because it is a symbol of quality both in the services and the customers admitted to your establishments. This impression was completely transformed during my last visit. I was on vacation with my wife and when I checked in on the Friday, I quickly realized that the weekend would be hell! There was in the hotel an incredible number of bikers who attended some conference until Monday! You can imagine my wife’s face when she came face to face with a biker who had a 12-inch knife on his belt! You can imagine the discomfort when being stared at walking in and out of the hotel. You can imagine the fear when arriving at night, we found ourselves in a face to face between bikers rival clans! In short, we tried to avoid your establishment as much as possible when we paid for 3 nights! We did not feel safe because no one was watching, and it felt like a second-class motel! I would never have thought of finding myself in a situation like this with such dissatisfaction coming from a chain of hotels that I have always trusted. I keep with a very bitter taste of my experience! It's really a shame!

    Exceptional 10.0
    Great hotel
This hotel was great! Clean and modern. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating. The breakfast buffet was expensive (around $23 US I think) but I guess if you're a breakfast person, maybe its worth it? Theres a restaurant and a Starbucks in the hotel as well. Its about a 15 - 20 minute walk to universal studios. There is a shuttle but we walked both days. I would definitely go back to this hotel if we do go back to visit universal studios.

Nice hotel with a good location
Our stay was really great! Staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel had a nice pool and lobby, the lounge areas were nice and our room was clean and comfortable. We could walk to the universal parks and some restaurants in the area. Check in and out was fast and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

    Good 6.0
We can not use WiFi in our room at all, and room was stinky and no fan in the bathroom.

    Very Good 8.0
The front desk was very nice and accommodating, the hotel location was very close to a lot of restaurants. Its a 10min walking distance from the main entrance to universal studios, and not too far of a drive to disney world (25min). Overall great services and not too bad for a location, the only thing I didnt like was the fact I asked to get the bedsheets to be changed because of some stains i saw on it, but for the 5 days I stayed there it seem like everytime I asked for the bed sheets to be changed theres new stains on the bed sheets. This hotel is great for the stay while you go out and explore orlando.
