An OK place to stay but won’t again
I’m not one to complain about anything in fact I look at some complaints with a grain of salt but I will keep it real here. This hotel needs to have a serious deep clean go on and then be maintained. There were areas with so much dust and dirt that it just made it feel so gross. While other areas were ok. There was also a very strong perfume smell in the hallways that permeated into the rooms leaving me with a headache sometimes. This I was told was trying to be fixed. This was just an ok place to stay that I wouldn’t choose again. It has potential if they were to clean it better and lose the smell. Also maybe advertise that even though it has two beds plus a pullout couch it’s actually only one bedroom with the second bed/pullout couch in the living room. Theres also no outlets in bathroom which makes drying or curling hair in mirror a chore. There’s also very little contact with the hotel. I had not been given access codes so I had to wait outside for 35 mins to get in until I got ahold of them on phone. Then complained about smell and lack of bedrooms to deaf ears. Customer service needs work.

The Lee ApartaHotel
Very clean, but outdated, not in a way that I wouldn't come back, but I know that this could be a turn off for some. All units definitely have some sort of window air conditioner and we had the free standing type with the hose that exhausts the hot air out the window. It was not keeping up with the heat while we were there and was running 100% of the time to keep it 75 degrees, which for us wasn't so much as issue that we wanted to call the maintenance people, but again, for some people it might be a turn off, also quite noisy. But a very good location for the price, art deco type styling (I'm not any kind of designer, so this might not be 100% accurate) which was cool. Going back into the parking lot was very tight in a standard full size pickup, so if anyone has a larger or longer vehicle (dually longbed pickup) you may have to pay to park on the street or be EXTREMELY careful going into and out of the parking lot.

I knew this is an old building, but I expected better. The main room (living and bed) is very sterile - not a thing on the walls. There is not 2 queen beds, rather one bed and a futon. No additional furniture...not even a nightstand! The outlet in the bathroom does not work, the showerhead leaks badly and is very short. No counter space for makeup. Sorry!

Good experience, location and price!
We had a great stay! Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and everything was quiet. The price was unbeatable and we were allowed to bring the dogs! This is an older building so there are some things that don't look brand new, but they did a great job cleaning up what matters. Everything worked appropriately. I would definitely stay here again.

Lee Apartments in December
The Unit was in need of repair, asbestos, peeling tiles, wood flooring very unstable and outright dangerous! The bathroom was very small, dusty and non inviting, the heating was too hot, loud noise from the radiator making it impossible to sleep!

Hotel was in a historic building with correspondingly old (and noisy) floors and plumbing. The apartment had dust and dirt in the corners and some spots were noted on the sheets. Check-in requires special instructions. Customer service was very fast and responsive via text.

Overall a nice stay
Very nice apartment stocked with all of the essentials. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The management is extremely helpful and even answers your questions by text very quickly. My only gripe is that since it is an older building, the heat is run on a specific boiler schedule that can't be changed. Therefore, you have no control of the heat in the apartment and can only attempt to counter it with A/C and open windows. At a time like then end of October, we were extremely hot in the apartment and couldn't sleep very well and caused a lot of discomfort. Opening the windows made outside noise (dumpster trucks in the middle night, motorcycles, etc.) very loud too.
