Spring breakers screaming and bangingdoors ALL night. If security had perhaps patrolled the hallways they could have stopped it. Tried to call front desk but first night room phone didnt work. Next night front desk phones were out of order. Two of three elevators out of order. Ten minute waits. We having been coming to this hotel for 20 years and always loved it. Now…..hmm.

Great location right on the water.
Great location right on the river. Views were amazing! The staff in the hotel was the highlight of our trip, everyone was super friendly. The rooms are a little outdated but the outdoor bar/pool area was clean. The restaurant food was decent and not crazy over priced. Location was perfect to anything near the beach.

Xmas 2022 Trip
The hotel was advertised as a 4*, we have stayed at many Hilton and Double Tree hotels before. Unfortunately Galleryone does not compare with those. It has a great location however there is a lot of noise from traffic, there are also areas surrounding the hotel that look barren and unkept. The hotel looks and feels tired and in need of updating and renovating. The best part of the hotel was the attitude and service provided the valet, concierge team who were great. One of the barman was also great. The main reception staff were not really up to the standard we have experienced from other Hilton/Double Tree hotels, they weren't unpleasant but they certainly did not go out of their way to provide a friendly service with repeated requests for items such has hairdryers and pool towels, almost coming across as not being particularly interested in sorting these things out and they we're somebody else's responsibility

Everything was generally fine but we asked to have towels replaced twice and no one ever came. If hotels aren't doing room service during the duration of the stay, they have to be responsive to requests for towels at a beach hotel where people are showering more than usual after trips to the beach
