Gorgeous hotel. Breakfast a struggle.
Wonderful hotel, amazing service, great location, lovely room. The first room offered overlooked a building site with JCN, crane diggers etc and the decor was tired. We said we were unhappy with the room and we were immediately upgraded to a beautiful room. However breakfast was a struggle. We wanted the breakfast buffet but last orders were 9 am. Too early to get the family ready as we were tired from travelling, we could have room service and use another restaurant until later but the menu was very strictly limited, inflexible and sparse. This was disappointing as we had paid £36 each for breakfast ahead for 4 people and due to the various issues mentioned missed several breakfasts between us.

I stayed here for the first time in four years and once again realized the goodness of this hotel. I really felt the enthusiasm and warm feelings of the hotel staff towards the guests, and I would like to stay at this hotel again next time. I especially liked these three points. (1) The hotel front desk clerk did a very good and quick job of packing the luggage to be sent to my home in the United States. ② When checking in, they delivered my luggage to the room and explained how to use the room. ③ The room was very well cleaned and I was able to spend comfortably. the concern is One doorman of the hotel was very blunt and didn't smile, and I was afraid to talk to him. However, it was really nice to be able to spend a very relaxing time overall. thank you very much.
