Im a single mom with a 9 year old and care giver to my about to be 70 year old mother and I must say the staff is very cordial,respectful and helpful. Casino’s age shows and with the smells. Kinda like a grandparents home. The staff was very helpful, our room had an odor like an old smokers room. They changed it without questions. Kids had a blast in the adventuredome, nonstop fun. For us adults, adult beverages were very nicely priced

Circus Circus has absolutely no idea how to run a hotel. Five day stay with no maid service. No explanation of how to get to my room. One tiny soap, three flimsy plastic cups and one working USB port. WiFi only works on one device. Children present on the gaming floor. Good news is that my room was quiet. Parking was good.

When I was looking for hotels in Vegas, I was looking for a fair price and this was it. I was watching videos and they were giving a lot of negative comments. So when I arrived, I expected the worst but I actually enjoyed the room as we just needed it to sleep. We didnt look for the pool, entertainment or anything else in the area as we were out and about both nights. The rooms were decent, a clean room, older looking carpet but a comfortable bed and so/so restroom. Location wise is North on the strip but you have a variety of stores and restaurants including Ross (incase you forget some clothes), McDonalds, Dennys, Walgreens, 7/11 which were all walking distance. The one thing I didn't like were the hold deposits that you had to pay, but the staff was able to explain to me why this was happening. Other than that, if you are penny pinching, this is the place to be at as I would stay here again in a heartbeat as I enjoyed the area and location.

We are regular guest at Circus Circus, however in this occasion I had to experienced a kind of rude front desk / reservation staff.. They are no signs posted at all in regards of what can be done at the kiosk and what cannot be done at the kiosk.. Staff was rude and assisting with the worse customer service.. I Honestly, feel that they could have more friendly representatives / staff members that make you feel welcome and not that make you feel that your not capable of using the kiosk or even printing your room keys on your own.. Even the manager on duty was so rude.. I understand its a Holiday weekend but all customers deserve the best service specially for a service your paying for and believe me these rooms are not cheap at all. I dont think I will stay at Circus Circus ever again

We selected this hotel because we have 2 kids (10 and 12) and were passing through Las Vegas on a road trip. The hotel has an indoor amusement park and small waterpark. We enjoyed the amusement park (additional fees). It had good rides both for young kids and young teens. The park was not crowded. The price for the rooms was very affordable. We stayed in the West Tower. No issues with elevators. Parking is free. There is food court for affordable options. The only reason not to give higher reviews, the property is not as nice as the LV strip hotels. The service for checking in and out leaves a lot to be desired. It is self check in and out. There are people to help, but it feels empty and uninviting. When checking out, there was no bell service. Apparently, no bell service is available on Tuesday and Wednesdays. With no bell service, you could not even get a cart for luggage. This is unacceptable.

They are severely understaffed and if there are more than 5 people in line for a players card, designate 1 person to camp out for your group because it took a little over an hour… bring snacks and hydrate Games are decent, food options cover most bases, but fairly midrange overall. Also, they are converting to check-in kiosks that forget to tell you your room number, so be prepared to wait for human assistance.

We stop by for weekend …. I unfortunately dislocated my shoulder that day left the ER and soldier for kiddos…. The rest was just what I need … little pain but it was nice to chill with kids this weekend as our 5 times there and our oldest 28 still remembers so we did this for our youngest 11 years of age …. Food was much more than 20 years ago but the nostalgia part was the reason possibly last time for us And we know the time will come but all of our kids have an experience as I did as a kids 40 years ago . I’ve stayed here twice and both times there were issues with the sinks and tubs being clogged up the first stay I didn’t report it but when I returned a month later same issue this time I reported it, I informed them of having the same issue my previous stay, they changed my room into what was supposed to be an upgrade lol which also had an issue, the ice in the mini fridge was melting causing it to have a huge puddle on the floor, I had joining rooms so the melting of ice was happening in my kids room, we called them about it, they came with extra towels to soak up the water but did not resolve the issue,I had to disconnect the mini fridge to stop the issue, which made the mini fridge useless, which by the way is one of the amenities, the rooms were clean, the staff was very polite and helpful but I feel being that this hotel is connected to one of Vegas’s main attractions the quality of the rooms can be better.
