The person handling the front desk was not friendly at all on duty that night. He was rude. when I first arrived he was standing across the street smoking a cigarette watching me and asking other people who were guests did they work there. one person pointed him out. I stood there for 5-8 minutes waiting to get checked in. I booked a room asking for a walk in tub for handicap reasons and 1st floor. he assumed I wanted a handicap room which I never asked for and when I received the key, my sister tried to get in the room and it was hard to open. the desk clerk told her to use her hip power to open the door. he never came down to help us get in. once in the room, the room was filthy. the floor has dirt on them when you walked o the floor your feet had dirt that piled up on them. the ceiling in all rooms has dirt on them nasty. the bathroom wall had dirt on them, the handicap poles had rust around the handles, the seat was dirty, and the room had a smell that came from the air conditioner I told the clerk this his excuse was we brought it from another company and it needs upgrades. but the ceiling and walls should have been cleaned. you had to flush the toilet 3 times to get everything to go down. we were so unhappy with the room and services we left the next day. if this is how you treat your guest, especially your handicapped guest you should be ashamed of yourself. maybe you should train your clerks a different way. Because any other hotel would have taken
