Very disappointed on the room was dirty. The water was off for several hours, and none of the ice machines worked in my vicinity.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hilton Phoenix at the Peak. The highlight was definitely the water park—it was perfect for families and kept our kids entertained for hours. The lazy river, slides, and poolside atmosphere made for a fun and relaxing experience.
That said, the room we stayed in felt a bit outdated and could use some updates. The most frustrating issue was the toilet, which ran loudly throughout our stay and made it difficult to sleep at times. Despite that, the friendly staff and great amenities helped make up for it. We’d consider staying again, especially for the pool area, but would hope for a more modern and well-maintained room next time.

Horrible for Staycation.
Not impressed. Especially with the water park shutting down an hour after check in and having to share 1 Motel6 sized pool with the rest of the hotel...with swim up bar closed... on Saturday night of mothers day weekend. A waste of a resort fee. Horrible Staycation. We could have saved money, stayed home and swam at our community pool.

And a Happy Mother's Day we had
OMG! I booked a stay for myself and 3 others to celebrate a mother's day staycation. We had so much fun! We was able to be accommodated with golf cart rides to and from our spa treatment apps. The pool area was great, friendly staff throughout our stay. It was amazing. We are definitely talking about when are we going to book again.

NOPE
They were renovating, doors to the room stuck couldn’t shut. The bathroom door didn’t shut. They had parking lots blocked off and of course didn’t tell us until we were BLOCKED IN! Will not stay at this hotel again. Called the front desk 3 times about getting us toothbrushes because we forgot ours.

Disappointing
Very disappointed that I was given a 2-queen bed room after I had requested a king. Apparently this is permissable in the fine-print of Hotels.com which I'll take up with them. Also, the signage during construction was terrible. Wouldn't stay there again.

Leaking faucet gone bad.
There were multiple issues. Firstly, we went to the pool below our room and there was trash around the poolside. The pool was very cloudy and one of the other customers had their dog in the pool. We decided to go back to room and clean up. The water faucet in bathroom was leaking large amounts of water. It was shared they fixed it and cleaned up the water. Water was still on the floor and really wet on the carpet. My clothes that were on the floor got soaking wet along with my shoes. They also took all the towels when they attempted to clean the sink area. When I asked for towels it took over 2 hours to get them after me having to call twice. A maintenance worker came and place a large fan that was so loud my daughter and I had leave the room. We turned it off and asked it to be removed. It was never removed and I tripped over it twice. My shoes got wet as well. Although Jasmine and Derrick tried to fix the issues it was extremely frustrating since we paid nearly $400 for the room.

The bed was rock solid. The rooms were way out dated. The carpet was gross and the cohch was disgusting. We had to put blankets on it to sit on it. The bathtub was so gross I could not let my kid take a bath. The water heat was up and down and entire shower and half the time would turn cold within 5 mins. Customer service was beyond amazing though. The people were so nice and polite.

Don't waste your $500 a night!
My family of 5 has been going to this resort for YEARS. I am a 50 year native of Arizona. This resort used to be the hot spot. This weekend it was not good. Very dirty, no tubes in the Lazy River and if you ask for them they say "I don't know if we have any". People we standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes waiting to get in and then the man watching over the lazy river said. You can just walk it if you would like. At 1:30 am my daughter called for a blanket and the man that came to the door with a "sheet" told her that we have a balance of $xx dollars that needs to be paid immediately. My daughter is 20 and on vacation with the family. She is not paying for the room. Especially at 1:30 in the morning. Then in the morning we went down to the front desk to see what the charges were because we only had 5 smoothies, one bloody mary and one beer. They had overcharged $30. The man that was working the front desk (Greg A) was NASTY. He was not only nasty to me but also to the gentleman that was after us who was trying to understand why he was overcharged $80. Greg A said in quotes "we need the money now". I said to him that we were going upstairs to get it and he said that "we will no longer be able to get in". My husband said "our kids are in there, you cant do that". He said "I'm done with you and walked away". This place must be paying minimum wage for their staff and no training at all. I have been treated better at the DMV then at this Hilton Resort. Alison the mgr did nothing!

Outdated
This hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff however it’s pretty outdated. The flooring in the room on ground floor was very hard and uneven in many places. This hotel has great potential it truly just needs some love and a facelift.
The water park is awesome but also outdated.

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are a little dated but still very comfortable and clean. The waterpark area is very nice. It is smaller than we expected but that did not take away from the wonderful environment! We would stay here again. The drinks from the bar poolside were amazing.

Its okay
Not to the standard of most Hiltons I have stayed at but the price should have been the first clue. Room was run down with carpet pulling up and smelled like dirty cleaning solution when you entered. We ended up checking out early.
