This is the second time we have visited Hilton Luxor and for us it is a little piece of paradise. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right beside the Nile. Every sunset was unique. Although we love absolutely everything about the hotel, the best aspect are the amazing staff. Each staff member is so friendly and they are the people who make your stay here so special - we were treated like royalty.

Beautiful property and comfortable bedroom. The only noticeable area that could benefit from improvement was the lunchtime dining. Only one restaurant was open on the property and all of the guests crowded to it at the same time, and staff seemed overwhelmed. My husband and I waited 30 minutes just to be served drinks and have our orders for lunch taken. It took another 30 minutes to receive our meal. My recommendation: open up the larger restaurant (where breakfast buffet is served) for lunch and consider having a buffet during lunch too so people can serve themselves if hiring additional kitchen & wait staff isn't feasible.
