    Good location, terrible view.
No views from windows. Two windows were blocked by a wall. Room was next to the elevator and not quiet. Room rate should be discounted.

    Many Issues
When we got to the room the toilet seat was off the toilet and sitting sideways atop the bowl. A staff person had to reattach it while our two kids and my husband and I waited. Then they removed some garbage that was still sitting on the table. I don’t know why they said the room was ready. Then the A/C wasn’t calibrated correctly the first night and it was too hot in the room. They did fix it that evening but the sensors must have been malfunctioning the second night because the fan wouldn’t run in the “on” position and only intermittently. It was so warm that my young son rolled out of bed and hit his head on the table as he was trying to kick a sheet off himself to cool down. That was at 3am. Then, at 8:47am they knocked loudly on our door because they had the wrong room for room service. The number is clearly on the door so I don’t know how you make that mistake but they did. They offered us some compensation to account for the many problems but it doesn’t make up for all the issues and then being wakened at night and in the morning, causing my young children to be exhausted the whole day. The room was also very dark and didn’t seem very modern at all. I would have expected more from a 4-star hotel.
