Better than average in Spokane
Nice hotel if a bit dated. Comfortable bed and room. HVAC was "touchy" to get sorted out. Problem with TV reception/satellite reception. Several restaurants within walking distance for meals Skip the "junk-food" breakfast and go to the Perkins next door.

The hotel itself is in a good location near Gonzaga University. The pluses include nicely appointed rooms with quality furnishings, linens, breakfast station in lobby and overall cleanliness. The one negative is the walls are poorly soundproofed. Every footstep above can be heard as well as people talking while walking down the hallway, cars in the parking lots and driving the adjacent road and people standing outside talking. Bring earplugs.

Great place with amazing staff!
We really enjoyed ourselves. The staff provided a comfortable and welcoming environment. The location made it quick and easy to get to downtown Spokane. When we go back to Spokane, we will definitely stay at Fairfield's again.
