Great location and clean rooms
Stay was pretty good.
The problem for us was the person that checked us in didn’t give us any info on the Wi-Fi, services offered on site or help with any other normal things you might need to stay in a hotel. We didn’t know when check out was or where anything was.
We were sold two queen beds on hotels.com and they were full sized beds. When I asked the staff they said it’s because we were in the hearing impaired or accessible room? Not sure why we were in that room as it’s the only room that was available, regardless it shouldn’t say the wrong sized beds listed. I even told them I didn’t need to be in that room and I felt bad that someone would need it and they said it was fine. I think they were at full capacity.
We could hear every time our neighbors used the bathroom or ran water or talked or anything. The staff came to our door late knocking to tell us that our TV was too loud.
I didn’t answer because it was a man and I was alone with two young girls then they started calling the room to tell us to ‘keep it down’.
There was a full on party across from us so I’m not sure we were the problem with the Tv on volume 25%.
We loved the lay out of the hotel and the other staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful- specially the ones that were cleaning the rooms and the people that were helping with the bistro / market.
The room was clean but the outside area needed work. It was messy and the pool was closed.
