The staff were all great. The woman who I spoke with on the phone was very personable. The door to enter from the parking lot was broken making the only entrance around the other side of the building. We were given the wrong room type, they changed it but it still wasn't what I wanted or thought I ordered, but it was better. The hotel is very old. The pullout sofa bed in our suit was very old, our king bed was also old and had divets from use. The water was a disappointment. I called the front desk because after running the water at 5pm for 1-2 minutes it was still cold. They said because it's such an old hotel that we have to run the water for 5-10 minutes for warm water. The shower tile had holes that I could see right through the wall and the shower plumbing was not secured in the wall so when turning the dial on the shower head the entire shower head and plumbing pipe would move into the wall atleast 8". We stayed two nights and no one made the beds or brought clean towels. They also advertised that breakfast was included and I saw pictures of the chafing dishes that keep the hot food hot. They really shouldn't be advertising breakfast. They had yogurt, cereal, and bread. The three chafing dishes were empty and off both days we stayed. We went to have breakfast another guest that was staying at the hotel complained to us how he was expecting a hot breakfast, so I know it wasn't just my family that was disappointed. I paid $332 for 2 nights. It wasn't worth half that

We did not have any HOT water so came from the barns at Agribition and couldn't bath. It was disgusdting going to bed dirty. the hotel wouldn't do ANYTHING because we booked through expedia so I expect you to do something for me
