Saturday night and the crowd was a bit rowdy in surrounding areas, but excellent stay. Friendly service, very clean and comfortable. 24 hour store located near check in counter, pool and gym room.

consistent, friendly service
I have stayed here before on business and was impressed with the friendliness of the staff each time, which was true this time as well. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, tho curtain shears were in poor shape. Would have liked more than 2 pillows per bed, but made do. Really appreciated the restaurant on site, which makes our stay each time. My travel companion has many food allergies and each time we are here, Paul, the executive chef makes sure food is appropriately prepared & checks back with us to verify that all is well. Crystal is also a great staff member in the restaurant, as was the lady that checked us in. Will return to this property again!

Thankful for the wonderful staff
I was in town for my father's funeral and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. They all went above and beyond to help make the stay as stress-free as possible and I couldn't be more thankful. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The hotel is a bit on the older side, but is well maintained and clean. The location is very central to just about everything in west-metro Detroit, and convenient to the airport.
