Maintenance with last min notice.
Check in was ok gave me a different room then what I booked. Had to pay for upcharge to get my original room booked. Then that night hotel lost power due to maintenance from Midnight to 5am. No notice until the following day. But yet in lobby they set up for water & coffee. With no power how do we get to lobby with no elevator. I could not do stairs being handicap. Then the hotel did not have running hot water. I had also told them about that and they did nothing. I was only there for a 2 night stay. I liked this hotel have stayed before with no problem but this time not good at all.

The lobby, bar, restaurant and sitting area were on the top floor. Incredible views. Very artsy and modern at the same time. Staff speaks great English and are very knowledgeable. Blue mall and the discount mall are both across the street
