Loved this place! Clean, modern, comfortable. Staff were friendly. The room was spacious with everything we needed. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t go in. Good breakfast! Comfy beds.

Stay somewhere else
Terrible. Not safe. There was a domestic dispute three doors down and it took way too long for the front desk to call the police after I called them 4 times to please send someone or call the police. The room was not very clean and they DO NOT tell you that you need to request room service 24 hours in advance, the sticker on the room says simply dial 0 for cleaning. I grew up in Taylor and know it well, I recently moved out of state and was there for family…I can tell you, this place attracts trash. I checked out early because I didn’t feel safe and my 7 year old was terrified after the person screaming obscenities outside our door…they didn’t even offer to make it right.

Not enough room for full review
There isnt enough room to put down all the things that went wrong. My full view is on Google. The entire hotel was freezing. Our room heat didn't work. Maintenance never showed up when we were promised they would. Communication doesn't exist in that place. Breakfast was the same all the days we were there. They told me we could check in early and our room would be ready in an hour and they'd call - but never did. Only one friendly front desk person - the front desk manager. Everyone else had a crappy attitude. Room was half cleaned, and the bathroom floor was never cleaned.

I really liked this hotel, the rooms were really spacious. They had a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave. My favorite part was that they also had cups and plates and silverware. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The staff was great and very helpful. I was not able to enjoy their breakfast but hopefully in the future I will.

The staff is excellent. Housekeeping (Kayla) is a gem with an extreme sense of professionalism not usually displayed by someone so young. The front desk personnel (Rita, Mike) are extremely customer focused and knowledgeable. Throughout my extended stay while my home is being built, the staff has taken every opportunity to be kind and helpful. Great job HILTON for employing individuals who work at the highest level of hospitality.

Rooms are very nice, front desk lady was very friendly. Plenty of parking for Rigs and Box trucks. Many places to pick from for eating out. Check out was at 12 (noon) I would stay there again.

Stayed here for a week with dog and toddler, very convenient. Breakfast was great, room was spacious and floorplan was thought out well for families. Hotel was near alot of shopping and food. The area is safe as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. This will be our go to hotel for years to come for our annual trips to the area.
