Double tree stay at Emory

My family checked in at this Hotel for two nights. The facility is very poorly maintained and below standard, especially the Bathrooms. The shower leaks all over, sink does not drain, no room service and the garbage never picked up, the AC did not work and we had a hard time sleeping. The front desk staff in the night was don’t respond when call. The worst experience we had was that someone identified as a front desk staff woke us around 1:50 AM insisting on providing credit card number over the phone and demanding it right away, in-spite of providing all the required information including the required deposits when we checked in (it was prepaid weeks in advance through Hotels.com).
