Nice big rooms and superb service.
Old but really well maintained hotel. Room was big (very big) and well located. What really stood out for me was their service recovery and that I really appreciate. Had abit of an issue on the 3rd night stay and feedbacked to them on the day we checked out. The lady (did not get her name) really went above and beyond in the service recovery. The hotel even made an appointment with the airport clinic on their own initiative (which was great). It did not end there. I received a call from the hotel a few days after I returned to Singapore, to follow up if everything was ok. Their seriousness in upholding service excellence is commendable. The only thing I feel they can improve is on their F n B side. Nothing major, but could do with abit more smile when engaging with the guests. Enjoyed my stay there and will certainly stay at the Regent Taipei again.
