Nice Hotel, don't waste your $ on a Deluxe Suite
This is a very nice hotel, unfortunately we had issues that definitely were a negative on our travel experience. 1) a roof top patio was advertised, there is no such thing. 2) I did my research very carefully, and chose this hotel's Deluxe Suite based on the description on their website - which is a lie. I wanted a balcony, and every picture on the website shows a balcony; what we ended up with is a view of a wall, not even a city view. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they only have a couple of balconies, and that I was lucky to have such a big room. I will take a small room and a balcony thank you. Then I asked where our bathrobes were, because it clearly states we should have robes, which were not in our room, and he said they don't have bath robes.... although he delivered two robes to our room shortly after. If you eat in the restaurant, you can't charge anything to your room, even though your receipt says La Residenza on it, they claim it is separate. It wasn't a terrible experience, but a bit disappointing, especially when you consider what we paid for a room with views of a wall and a back alley.

Poor 2.0
Not happy
I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights each, one standard for my parents and one junior suite that fits 4 people, however we were only 3 for the suite but since i didn't put 3 people in the booking they charged me 50 euros per night so 150 euros for 3 nights eventhough i already paid more to have a suite and not a regular room. The receptionist said she can't do anything, so i consider this a trap and an act of shame because all the other stuff were good with the hotel, they knew we just arrived to Italy and didn't know much so they used this and took 150 extra euros.

Bedbugs in room 402
Our stay for 4 nights in October started well and the staff was pleasant. The Hotel itself was what we expected for the price range. The huge issue we had is that the room had bed bugs and by the 2nd day there I was covered in bites. I thought They were mosquito bites until we checked behind the buttons in the headboard and found they were infested. Management moved us to another room when we showed them the headboard and bugs there but they insinuated that we brought them with us which was not true at all. The room number was 402 check it carefully with a flashlight when room is dark. Never had this happen to me and I travel all the time for work. We had to trash our suitcases once we got home for fear of bringing them back with us. Thank goodness that did not happen.
