9 am check out ridiculously early. Just got here at 140. Didnt reslize there was no window. Really really tiny but expected that. No place to store luggage here while ww look around in am. Have to pay luggsge stirage downstairs somewhere.

Did not like the small size of room. Not being able to check in before 6pm. No luggage storage, had to store bags in a baggage storage on lower level, $15.00 a case. Dangerous slippy floor in the shower. Liked, convenient location to the airport.

Very cool! Highly recommended for a good nights sleep. The rooms are very tiny but we didn’t need much space. Very modern and clean. The check in (6pm) and check out (9am) times are unusual because this hotel typically charges by the hour.

The property appeared to be very clean and quaint. The cleaners need to be more thorough when cleaning the room. When I went to bed, I found a pair of women's underwear tucked in the side of the bed beside the wall. It was gross. Other than this, it was a perfect location, bed was comfortable to get to our next flight.

Great location within the airport which has many shops and eateries Walking distance to all other terminals Clean and compact hotel with good value The other part which is was inconvenient was there they cannot store your suitcase for you if you are waiting to check in.

Pleasant stay at Jewel
Booked 3 queen rooms for 2 nights for 6 of us. One of the rooms 209 had a slight unpleasant smell and corners of carpets not very clean but I didn't complain as it was tolerable and I didn't spend much time in the room. The other 2 were OK. Expect a very small sized room where there is barely any standing room, and one rectangular space under the bed that you can probably slide in a 24 inch luggage. Service was courteous and prompt. The highlight of yotel has to be the location where you can rest while exploring Jewel attractions and many wonderful places to dine in. Guests can book 1 for 1 package to canopy park for bundle 1 and 3, by just flashing the room card. Overall, had a very pleasant stay at a great location for the price of a budget hotel in Singapore.
