The staff was more than accomodating. The building itself is well cared for, clean, and Grand. The Dubliner`s laid back atmosphere and wonderful hearty dishes mean you don`t even have to leave the hotel for a nice meal. A real treat for us was the second floor sitting area where guests can get a nice coffee or tea 24/7. We enjoyed eating breakfast there before going out for the day. Overall--the Phoenix Park is my first choice next time i`m in DC.
