It’s under renovation- you go next door for pool and breakfasts. Check in was punctuated by a phone call every min as they were installing new phones... there was a second person there who should have handled the calls- but the check in attendant took them. It made check in take sooo long. Water/ice wasn’t replaced on a new day, and hallways smell bad- smokey. Rooms were ok. Comfort Suites next door was very nice. Great breakfast.

King size bed was so comfortable but the pull out sofa was in bad condition:( The 3 of us therefore managed to fit all in the king bed!

Property was average. Staff were nice at check in. When I got to my room the door was left open, there were only sheets on the bed, one towel in the bathroom, the bed was like sleeping on concrete. I will not return.

3 out of 3 hotels in 2020 in Ohio was awful.
House keeping called off, all 3 of them. Check in, took 15 mins to get someone to feel. They were nice but took a long time. Got into it room and it was disgusting, dirty and bathroom was used and a mess. Neighbors were up at 3am screaming in hallway and running around. Pool was really cold and water was green. Smelled like fish in pool room.

This hotel was nice enough. But I have truly never stayed in a kosher hotel. The neighbors were awful. All night long. There had to be so many people in that room. Will not stay here again. I was going out on a limb staying here anyway. Lesson learned. From now on I will stick to Candlewood Suites. So if anyone is looking for a nice quiet hotel. Don’t book this one.

Dirty conditions, not stocked with fresh supplies, limited staff on site, room key never worked, had to get replacement everyday we stayed, noisy, pool looked dirty.

We stayed two nights. It was disappointing the room was not cleaned after the first night. So we had to ask for clean towels etc. The pool was terrible and then closed. (reason I booked hotel, so disappointing) I will say you can tell that hotel is being remodeled and it will be nice. the bed was comfy.
