Room looked nothing like on the pictures displayed. It was much smaller and also located in a basement with very small windows (not mentioned). Description mentioned there would be an iron/iron board but there wasn't. Closet's door was broken, could not even open it and shower's door was also broken, it would not close completely and water would come out. Definitely not booking here again.

Par où commencer, à notre arrivée personne à l’accueil, la gestion à distance montre rapidement ses défauts. La personne nous demande notre numéro de réservation nous donne un numéro de chambre avec un code, nous cherchons la chambre qui n’existe pas. Nous rappelons donc le monsieur qui nous dit qu’il s’est trompé que ce n’est pas dans cet hôtel que nous devons loger ( bizarre vu que je lui ai donné au paravant mon numéro de réservation ) on se dirige donc dans l’autre hôtel qui est celui qui normalement correspond à la photo que tous le monde voit qui est présenté sur les sites de réservation. Nous arrivons toujours personne à l’accueil on sonne à l’interphone et la personne nous donne le numéro de chambre. Nous arrivons à la chambre et la catastrophe, c’est bien la deco de la chambre que l’on voit sur les images mais loin de la réalité, le ménage pas fait, bouteilles d’eau et verres usagés sur la table de nuit, taches de sang et de terre sur les draps blanc, douche dégeulasse ( poils, cheveux..) chambre minuscule, 8m2 je dirais, donc bien loin des photos que nous voyons qui elles sont très vendeuses..On décide de rappeler la personne et de lui dire que nous ne resterons pas dans cet hôtel et que nous voulions retourner au premier, il nous donne un numéro de chambre, nous y allons, chambre plus grande que la première mais le ménage, je ne comprends pas qu’on hôtel pareil puisse encore être ouvert. Je pense que le balai et l’aspirateur n’on jamais été passé.
