You get what you pay for
This is an average hotel, cheaper than most. It's not well kept physically, but passable. The staff was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast much better than I expected. If you're not going to spend much time in your room, or the hot tub, this is probably not a bad choice for the money. The Italian restaurant in the strip mall next door was a very pleasant surprise!

We checked in before 3pm Az time. Went to room and it had not been cleaned. Had to wait outside after notifying manager that room needed to be cleaned. Room was not cleaned on daily basis, not even clean towels! Was told by management we need to request cleaning and on what day. The bed was very uncomfortable. Lumps everywhere! I am not a princess and did not feel a pea. We will not use this facility again.

Room was clean on check in but no service provided during our three night stay unless you asked for it at the desk and you had to be specific about what you wanted--trash emptied, fresh towels, etc. No microwave available in room, had to use the one in the lobby. Shower stall did not have a shelf for the soap. Breakfast selection was good.

The stay was good except the fact we were packed out of our room and all our stuff was at the front desk the first night when our room was booked for the entire weekend. The only reason I was given was because there was a computer glitch. At the end I was refunded 30.00 dollars on a 762 charge so wasn't really pleased and will definitely not stay again

Comfortable place to stay in Scottsdale
A clean and fairly new property. Quiet and comfortable. Good-sized refrigerator in the room. My room also had a microwave, but not all rooms did. And some of the patio rooms did not have any patio table or chairs! Nice breakfast with hot and cold items. Helpful staff. No recycling waste container in the room. I like the look of the wood grain floors, but they really are not deep-cleaned. A wet rag across the floor will come up dirty.

Horrible Stay
There was no hot water for the first two days. Coffee pot did now work at first. I told them I would like my room cleaned and fresh towels daily on my first day, still had to beg to get that service. Told them the door to enter the floor to get to rooms kept me up at night from people slamming it all night long. Told them the air conditioner was blowing out big black particles and it was all over the floor and bed. The sad they would repair it, never did. Spoke with other tenants and they all said they were never going to use that Best Western again or any other Best Western. I agree with them.

Nipple Ripp Inn No Hot Water, Horrible Service
$200 per night. Arrived to find a little league pizza party going on in the lobby. After a 2 hour traffic accident delay on our trip, we opted to go ahead and stay. We had an early morning appointment at the Mayo Clinic. There were children running up and down the 3rd floor hallway but a call to the front desk did seem to quiet that down. I tried to log in to an app on the smart TV and was unable to do so. I could see the menu and I know that the arrows left and right should take me to the correct app but it did not work. The front desk was not at all helpful in figuring out this situation. We tried to settled in and my wife took a shower. The shower head was one of the square-rain-type ones but the force with which water was coming out of two of the streams made it feel like you were taking a shower under a pressure washer. I would not be surprised if it caused bruises or ripped an older person's skin. To top it off there was no shower curtain. It was a walk-in shower that was very poorly designed and the fact that the water would not get hotter than tepid made for a miserable experience. Another call to the front desk to ask about maintenance for the shower head was fruitless. We would have to talk to the front desk in the morning. By that time, however, we needed to be showered and on our way to our appointment. There was no mention of the fact that the hotel was completely without hot water until Monday! found this out only after reading other people's reviews!
