Cold and Disappointing
The temp in our room did not get above 59 degrees! For being a non-smoking hotel, we smelled cigarette smoke very frequently. And there were burn holes in the sheets, towels, and chair. There also was no fridge in our room.

room was clean, but did have large stain on carpet; location was convient to our destination. Loby smelled fresh; Christmas decorations wew nice. -garbage in hall all three days of our stay; elivator very small an questionable. When we arrived us and the guest ahead of us were strongly urged to use the stairs. only saw any staff 2 times during stay. Once when checking in and one other time; called front desk for towels to be refreshed for second morning. They never showed up; front pergola had badly chipping paint.
