Great customer service! The building was dated, but I really liked the decor. Great for the price! The desk clerk was so helpful with local information. It was my first visit to Savannah, so I really appreciated the helpful tips.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great location. I checked in at 3 pm and the service was awesome! She was very prompt, friendly and courteous. That evening I went to the front desk to let them know I had booked an additional night through Hotels.com. A different desk clerk was on duty. He said he would give the information to the morning clerk and needed my information. He took down my room number, name, and cell number. He then hit on me by asking if the my cell number was for him. I was shocked and just blew it off. He continued to ask two more times, I finally firmly said no and walked away. At 9:30 that night, I received a text from an unknown sender. Luckily, my wireless service uses CALLER ID to attach a possible name for unknown senders. It was the guy at the front desk! I was totally creeped out and felt like my privacy had been violated. I did not give him permission to use my number at all! I was traveling alone, so needless to say, I did not sleep well! I cancelled my second day stay and left ASAP the next morning.

I made reservations the same night called to ask them to move me to the next day Which they did So upon me getting out of my car I noticed that they didn’t have any water in their pool so I asked to be reimbursed the manager told they front desk clerk not to refund me. I lost $161.76 IF I WAS TOLD THEY POOL WASN’T USEABLE I WOULD HAVE NOT BOOKED THE ROOM. THEY NEED TO PUT UP ON THE SITE THEIR POOL ISN’T USEABLE!!!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Pillows were tiny. Morning staff unfriendly. Breakfast not good and no juice or no hot water. Coffee only. Shower was good plenty of hot water.
