Catch a ball game, watch a show, go shopping at any one of the area’s countless retailers, grab a tasty bite to eat, and experience the best of what Minneapolis has to offer.
Minneapolis has something for everyone and this location is incredibly easy to get to, with immediate access to 394 and 94.
The building is just a 25-minute drive from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).
You’re also just one-minute walk to the Nicollet Mall Station, giving you access to the city’s Blue and Green light rail lines.

If you’re traveling with a vehicle, parking is available at the building, which is conveniently located right off the highway. As the Soo Line Building rests in the center of Minneapolis, on-street parking can be hard to find. But once you’re all settled in, navigating the city couldn’t be easier. You can walk pretty much anywhere—without necessarily going outside, either, thanks to Minneapolis’ futuristic Skyway system that connects directly to the building. The city’s Blue and Green light rail lines are only just a few steps away. And if you’re ever in a pinch, you can always use Uber and Lyft.

Please know that all Mint House properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1000.
Please note, while we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We will not be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip. We recommend that you contact us to confirm that it is open.
