Staff are friendly and breakfast was not too bad. The location is right between two busy street which can be a bit noisy. Air conditioning unit could use an update. It is quite loud during the night.

Staff was amazing and friendly. The front desk and housekeepers we met always smiled and said hello. Will stay here again. Heater in room 317 was noisy but other than that 10/10

The hotel was in a great downtown location close walking distance to Riverfront park. Very friendly service right at check in all the way through check out. The room was very clean and best of all, quie! The complementary breakfast is one of the better ones I've seen. Excellent stay and will return.

First time in Spokane. The area downtown was lovely, walked around to some restaurants and shops. Good food and shopping. (Hit up Durkin’s liquor bar for a delicious burger).

Exceptional front desk staff. Nick highlighted many local eatery’s, pubs and highlights of Riverfront park area. He provided fast, courteous service exceeding expectations. Would definitely return if we travel to Spokane from Ontario.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean. Would have rated better but on checkout day the elevator was broken and they only have one. Instead of notifying guests on the upper floors they put a sign on the elevator. Had to use stairs and walk from the fourth floor with four bags of luggage. Difference between a good hotel and a great one is the great hotel always takes the guest needs into consideration. They would have called the guests that were checking out that day and offered assistance with luggage, if needed. Since the 75+ room hotel only had 10-15 guests that night, it would have been an easy call.

The property was okay. They said they have a business room, which is not true. They have a computer in the front lobby they call a "business room" and I couldn't actually work here due to the nature of my work so I had to work in my room (which my partner was not pleased with since I work in the night). I actually paid for an executive king suite room and this was NOT the room I received. The room I wanted had a door separating the living room from the bedroom and was supposed to have a balcony. When I said such at the front desk "there was nothing they could do". I understand covid but I paid an extra $30 a night for that room compared to others in that hotel so it was a waste of money. In hindsight I should have gotten a full refund and found somewhere else to stay. It was nice the room was downtown, but the views aren't great, we couldn't go to any of the downtown bars because they were all closed, and it was difficult to sleep with people racing their cars downtown all night. There are better hotels in the area. If you use this hotel and want a specific room, make sure you call ahead and look at the room before placing any items in the room. I called ahead but it wasn't enough. Honestly not that great of a deal and overall not impressed. Will not be staying here again in the future.
