    We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We arrived early and the individual at reception offered to call us when the room was ready, which was only 30 minutes later. This allowed us to maximize our time in our ocean view room. The second morning we awoke to some construction noise (they are reconstructing the second pool) and following a brief discussion with another front desk member, were able to upgrade to an oceanfront room for a very small charge. This room was fantastic and we spent most of our day on our verandah watching the waves roll-in. We ate at the restaurant and also used the small food shop to purchase snacks. Both were great. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

    Beautiful location and great service. When both our kids got sick and we had to leave early, the manager graciously accommodated our situation and refunded our money. We greatly appreciate it.

    Tough to beat!

    Excellent hotel with lovely view of ocean. Very clean, quiet and updated. Check in and valet service were great. The Dockside casual restaurant had excellent food and service. Its bar could use a more responsive bartender. After 10 mins we went up to bar to order our drinks. But we wld certainly stay there again!

    The horrible burrito lady

    I would have had an over all excellent stay if it wasn’t for the Mexican lady who worked at the breakfast burrito and breakfast buffet cart, on our last day making me cry from being so incredibly rude to me in front of my children. It was completely uncalled for. She needs to be re-trained!! She’s probably worked there for years and probably gets away with it all the time. Let me just say, she ruined our stay. After paying $1,000 for our one night stay, i would think we would be treated with utmost respect but not here!! If you stay here, beware of the burrito lady!!

    Staff not trained well. No one knew where the Pacific ballroom was. I was there for a wedding. Service was awful. Had to wait a long time to be served in a long time to Receive my food. Very expensive and very poor everything else. Valet parking was super expensive and your only option.
