Decent Spot in the Suburbs
Hotel is older which shows in the rooms but it was clean and well maintained. The drawback is the old doors on the rooms don't seal well so light and noise from the hallway is constant. Saturday night had some loud, drunk guests in the hallway all night but every other night was peacefully quiet. Pool is small but functional and breakfast options are great. Naperville area is a nice mix of business and residential and right off I-88 but with the traffic the drive into Chicago could be up to an hour.

We needed a single room for two nights and two rooms on the second night of our stay. The front desk was willing to assign us a room that was already cleaned so that we could check in early to that second room and we could use it in order for everyone to get ready in order to go to the funeral we were all in town for. It was very helpful to have the room a few hours before their stated check-in time.

I booked this hotel for my husbands birthday, we chose it for the pool. We spent two nights, the room was clean but the walls were too thin. The family next door had two children that were loud and could be heard from the minute we walked into the building. We could hear the mother and father fighing and The children yelling and banging on the walls up until almost midnight. Around 7pm there was no wifi so we decided to go to the pool because we couldnt hear the tv over the noisy neighbors. The pool was closed, even though the website advertised available. Thats when i went to the front desk. I explained no one notified me ahead of my stay of it not being available. I explained the wifi not working and the very noisy neighbors. she apologized but that was all. Around 10pm the wifi came back but the neighbors were still super noisy and i couldnt sleep, so i went to the front desk again. She said she will get the manager to speak with us. The next morning after barely any sleep the children next door woke us up around 6am. on the 3rd march after standing at the front desk for about 15 mins waiting for an employee to grace us with their presence someone finally came to check us out, i asked what notes were on room 105 from the manager and she said there is no notes and she cant do anything, Its a expedia booking, go deal with them. So she charged us and we left. I know they couldnt do anything about the noise because they are guests but this was extremely poorly handled.

The room was nice. We had to wait for a long time to check in. It was late and when we walked in the door there was a line, but no one at the desk. There was a sign up that said “be right back.” When a worker finally came there was an issue with the first people in line that took a long time. We ended up waiting probably 30 minutes to check in. Other than the check-in issue, everything was fine.
