Location was good; pool was nice but NOT heated; too cold to use. Safety deposit boxes are NOT available as posted. Property suffering from delayed maintenance.

It's not bad at all. Just the wifi is horrible. Very poor signal in a room. Otherwise, if they have a good wifi signal it would be perfect even its far from downtown Miami.

Where to start. Dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Mould and other substance in curtain. Plaster all over shower and curtain. Dirty bathroom. Feces on bathroom wall. Stains on bedsheets. Dirtiest light switches I have ever seen. Worst room I have ever seen in my life

A nice, inexpensive place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The internet service was hit-and-miss but it always seems to be in hotels (at least in my experience). The hot and cold plumbing in the fixtures was reversed in the two different rooms we stayed in so be careful.

The location is great if you are going to the keys or plan on shopping. The room was not as clean as we would expect with a whyndam hotel. There were dead bugs and a few live ones in the room.

If the filth everywhere in the parking lot doesnt turn you off. When my lady took a shower in the morning the tub backed up with water. Was told the manager would reach out, never did.
