Need Firm Foam Beds :)
The ONLY reason I chose BW Plus was because I stayed in Nashville (DownTown) and the firm foam bed was AMAZING - I was hoping your brand had the same bed in all hotels - I was very sad to get a same old standard spring bed - if you are reading this and you can tell me what bed (brand and model) are in the Nashville location, I would be extremely grateful.

Room clean but no supplies
The room was very clean. The only problem was that we had to go to the front desk for items that should have been in the room already. We had 3 people in the room and only 1 towel, 2 wash rags, no hand towels and rug for in front of the tub. There were no coffee cups either.

I do not write reviews so for me to take the time to do this- take that as a warning to stay as far away from this place as possible. Everything about the hotel was absolutely terrible. The check in, the service, our room phone did not work, light bulbs missing, no towels, elevator ALWAYS remakes of cigarettes- probably because the designated smoking area was just outside the 1 (of 2) working elevators. The room heater/ac unit wasn’t working correctly. Also, we were next to a handicapped room and the person was absolutely blaring their TV until we’ll past midnight, and the hire staff couldn’t do anything about it or move us to another room. I would not stay here again if they paid me to. 0/10 stars.

Checked in Saturday Evening Nov. 7th Check in employee was polite and professional. Sunday morning my wife went to grab our family breakfast and the clerk said the only breakfast they were offering was bananas and water. Clerk was poorly attentive to guest. When checking out I asked for a managers card and was informed they were out of cards. I reserved 2 rooms for 6 guest. Each room only came with 2 towels. No floor towel, I slipped and fell getting out of the shower.

The comforter on the bed had a huge stain by the pillow. Front desk got me another one. Adjoining room had tv loud all night. Reported it. Said they called room but no answer.and offered no solution.clerk was rude and offensive.

The overnight service agent was horrible. I believe his name was Spencer. It took him issuing three sets of room keys plus him using the master key to get into the room. He was not quick in walking to and from the front desk as I got frustrated. His lack of professionalism made choose to not stay with This hotel chain in the future.
