At first glance, this place seemed great and was very affordable, but the room smelled like an old ash tray, the door jam was messed up so anytime the wind blew, the door slammed and our dog was trying to get under the bed so when we investigated what she was so interested in we found dog poop under the bed. The really cool bed bed side tables had reading lights but nothing was plugged in and the outlets were covered by the mattress so we couldn’t use them. It seems like this place is under new management and they are attempting to spruce things up, but unfortunately it’s not quite hitting the mark.

This is an old hotel, badly in need of some repairs and upgrades. -The heater sounded like a diesel engine idling all night long. - the door would not lock - no face plate. - No coffee in the lobby. But there is a Kureg in the room. - It was very clean. - the bed was very comfortable.

Changed rooms because of screaming heater and constantly running toilet to be moved to a dirtier room with the same issues. When the bathroom light in the second room burnt out I called the front desk, they wanted me to come up and get a light bulb. I suggested that they come and change the light bulb as I was a 73 year old woman. They sent a young lady to the room with a light bulb who informed me that I would need to change the light bulb and left.

Worst Hotel ever. Dirty. Trash in parking lot. Smelled awful. Lights didn’t work. We left and went to a different hotel.

I guess they are in the early stages of remodeling so I will give them a break but, we did have trouble getting into our room, so she gave us a different room. Two out of three lights in the second room didn't work, no remote for the tv and had to move the bed out to find an outlet to plug our phone charger in. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet and clean.

I lived here the past 9 years, have been living in Denver for the last year. I booked a room online after coming down to attend my neices and nephews birthday and was denied a room because my address still shows that I live in a town within 60 miles. I had already paid. Me and my 5 yr old son were left to find another place at 11pm with out a refund. I guess locals aren't welcomed. Change your policy. That was really rude and uncalled fo for someone who considers this town "home"
