Poor
Felt robbed! We booked with Expedia and paid everything upfront. When we checked out, I got a receipt from the hotel stating a zero balance. A few days later a mysterious charge of $9.50 is in my credit card. I contacted them and 2 days later they told me it was for Fiji water. I emailed them back immediately and told them we didn't have any Fiji waters, we actually brought our own 24 pack from Target the day of check-in. Also we have a reciept from them showing a zero balance. It's been 4 days and no answer, no reversal. Sure it's only $9.50, but I wonder how many more "guests" they've done this to and how many have brushed it off. Do the math, it could be a lot of money! Stay away from this place. Even if it was an honest mistake, their poor communication in all of this unprofessional; remember it's the guest who pay your wages. Lose them, lose your job.

First off the desk clerk was rude and arrogant at check in. Next up this hotel doesn’t have an indoor pool like it states. It’s attached to a city pool which is only open certain hours and a pain to get in. Anyone under 16 years old needs to be supervised by an adult even though the pool is 4 feet deep. It’s also a lap pool so lanes are sectioned off. Hotel isn’t clean. Found a tooth in our room on the floor. The whole description of this hotel is not accurate at all. Not for kids at all. So many better places close to mall.
