No clear signage are where parking was available getting into hotel was difficult due to the cars for valet parking. Check in was easy and quick. 2 elevators were broken had to wait 35 minutes for a elevator to get to room. Beds were hard. Getting car from valet parking was confusing on day of checkout. People did not know what to do some waited more than 20 minutes to get their car.

Very Disappointed
Very disappointed. The gym was closed, hotel under major renovations. A/C wasn’t working, so the hotel and rooms were very humid. My shower was initially clogged, they did come fix it, but it was a major clog. Food was super standard, no different than a continental at a Holiday Inn. Not that I’m knocking a Holiday Inn, but I expected better from a Crowne Plaza.

The place was dirty, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, the shower didn’t have a curtain. The noise outside was insane with drag racing and ambulances all night. I won’t stay here again.

Great stay
We went for a big concert weekend. We expected there to be insane amounts of people. We didn’t know it would take almost an hour to get our vehicle from the valet but… to their credit it was 11am and hundreds of people checking out all at once. They still did an amazing job.

Amazing Crowne Hotel
I had a wonderful time my stay at the Crowne Hotel. The location is at Midtown Atlanta downtown. I was around nice restaurants and the restaurants inside the hotel food was excellent the rooms are very nice clean and comfortable. The staff there was very nice and helpful they goes above and beyond for their customers. I will go back again.
