Okay for a Night
The room was okay, the floor was dirty and the tub was stained, but for one night it was okay. Nothing to do at the hotel however and no food. The employees that work at the front desk are super friendly which made the hotel not so shabby.

There was hair in the bathroom, crumbs all over the hall, and a dirty elevator for the duration of my stay. When they switched me rooms, the new room did not even have a bath mat.

AC not working, complained to front desk and was promised somebody will fix it, nobody arrived! very poor internet connection.

I love going to this hotel while in OC. The only issues this stay were with the shower. Low water flow and no hot water, just luke warm when turned on highest setting. Hopefully next time not an issue. A great place otherwise, nice pool and spa and close to Irvine Spectrum, or 20-30 min drive to Laguna Beach.

Courtyard review.
Courtyard took us in on very short notice, due to a family emergency. They were very good to us. I'll be glad when this pandemic is over so hotels can serve breakfast again. The room was very nice: clean, comfortable, easy access to amenities. I would recommend it!
