    Convenience to St. Joseph’s Hospital
We have stayed at this hotel before as we have found the Embassy suites hotels to always be comfortable and clean and pleasant. It is also very close to St Josephs Hospital where my husband is regularly treated. The Front desk clerk was extremely helpful and ensured that we had a nicely appointed room in a prime location. However, the hotel is pricey and I was disappointed to learn that even though the menu and the ticket that should have been titled both my husband and me to breakfast, state that it extends through 10:30 in the morning, it actually closed down completely by 9 AM. I arrived at 9:05 AM. Nothing was available. Then the parking garage refused to accept our exit ticket so we had to pay another $7.50 to leave. We had already paid The $28 for parking. Of course the restaurant and lounge were closed courtesy of Covid as well as the gym. There really is no reason to pay so much money to stay here without any amenities.

    Amazing Hospitality
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was above what we expected, and we loved the hotel.

Nice place, but not real suites!
Very nice property downtown. The staff was awesome, expecially for a Shudown hotel experience! My only downside for this place was that the "Suites" are not the typical suites I typically get by Embassy Suites. They must have hired an architect who fudged things to get in more rooms. The "Suite" is a typically sized hotel room with a mini-desk 24" or so wide and a small kitchenette area. It is not a suite with a separate living room and sleeping area. The bathroom is so small they had to put in a small sized toilet. You cannot get to the bathroom sink with the door open. So to get to the bath sink I had to walk past the toilet on the left, turn around and close the bathroom door to get to the sink on the right side of the toilet. Common Embassy Suites, you can do better than this!

    Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was so convenient. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We also were very impressed w the hotel staff. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful. We actually commented to ourselves about that. We were in town for a women’s college golf tournament and it was so nice to just come down to the lobby and grab breakfast before we headed out each morning. We found the food to be good and a nice selection. In addition, they have an evening happy hour with drinks and snacks to enjoy while relaxing in the comfortable main lobby. We will definitely stay there again.

    Good 6.0
    Bad service
The stay was nice, but there were a few definite issues! First the bed was worn out on one side. Second the maids came into the room on the first day to “check the room”, she had knocked and I yelled we were in the room, but she still came in. The second day the maid again knocked and I said do not come in, but she did anyway. This was bAd enough as we were in the middle of An intimate moment, but she came right back and did it again! This is totally unexceptable

    Too expensive,
The room was a bit small but clean and nice. The curtains did not close completely (basically did not stay closed! opened automatically after a few seconds!!) and it was annoying for privacy and early morning light. More importantly, the shower (no bathtub) sliding door had a problem and didn't stay closed. It was very annoying when the door opens and you have no control over it! I informed the hotel front desk and they said "thank you, we will order repairs later"!! The cost (more than $300 for one night on Sunday night in regular season) was too high. I had stayed in other Embassy Suits and the service and the complimentary snacks/refreshment bar was much better. I do not think if I received quality service for what I paid. I could find good hotels for $100/night.
