Stopped overnight during driving trip. Front desk staff was friendly, hotel was adequate and above par for the surroundings. I appreciate the feee coffee which was good.

AMAZING STAFF! We loved our stay! All of the staff was friendly: from the front desk, the lady that served a HOT breakfast, to the housekeeping staff! The beds were comfortable too!

Not such a pleasant Stay
My over-all stay could have been a pleasant one if it wasn't for my TV not working. I called the front desk 4 times to let her know my TV was not working and each time I called she constantly kept having me to try do different things to get it to work. I was not there to fix no TV and I felt that should have been handled more professional than that. So of course I went my whole stay without a TV.

CDC Guidelines NOT Followed by Staff
With the current pandemic I was very shocked to see every person working on Saturday did not have a mask on or the mask was worn as a "Chin strap". The only person having on a mask in the entire hotel that day was the african-american woman working at the front desk. I even asked one of the workers if she should have on a mask while she was cleaning the elevator out and she nodded her head up & down (meaning yes) and then did not go put on a mask. I even saw a maid entering a room to clean without mask on. Several maids roaming the halls without a mask. It was shocking and very irresponsible of the staff. My bathroom stilI had dirt on the back of the bathroom door. I will not be back to this Hotel.
