      Perfect Place to stay!

      The hotel was easily accessible, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The Boulder Grill inside the hotel was a delicious place to eat and have a few drinks as well!

      The bed sheets and lounge chair in the room has stains on them. There was hair in the bath tub so none of us showered. The food we ordered for appetizers was not good at all Wings were half flat sized with 90% breading and a very small amount of meat, we were one of three tables in the room for breakfast and sat for 30 minutes before someone helped us and our food came out before we even got our drinks. The lady who checked me out never made eye contact and treated me like it was a pain for her to assist checking us out of our two rooms because she was busy having conversation with another guest while I stood back and waited for them to finish but she acted as though I was interrupting by standing there waiting while my entire family was outside loaded up waiting for me.

      Good, but...

      Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Restaurant and bar staff were attentive and prompt. However, one of the male servers in the bar struggles with keeping his mask on, coughing in the kitchen and out on the floor and NOT washing his hands. This happened on multiple occasions during my stay there.

      Ehh...it was a good deal; you get what you pay for

      The staff was kind, polite, and quick to serve. There were stains on the carpets, furniture, and holes in the curtains. There were dark stains on the comforter of the king bed and trash wrappers behind furniture. The comforter was replaced when requested. Sofa beds were terribly uncomfortable, even for children. The pool area, while clean, had some areas that need repainting. One of the two elevators was glitchy, and a vagrant man defecated in a trash can in the parking garage.

      Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.

      Took way to long to check in, floors dirty, stair case dirty, one elevator broken, hot tub broken, A/C in room making noise and keeping us awake most of the night till it was shut off. Hotel staff forgot to give me breakfast coupons that I paid for when I checked in and I was supposed to pay hotel per hotels.com $147.22 but was charged $167.22. Probably worst hotel stay I have ever had. I have stayed in 3rd world countries as a military man with better, cleaner hotel with nicer staff and for a lot less money. Very disappointing stay in Tulsa at the Holiday Inn.

      Needs a bit of help

      Debi (I think that’s her name) was awesome at the front desk when I checked in! Outside of that everything else was kinda out of whack. Room keys didn’t work for us (or the long line in front of me) so checking in took a while. There was a roach on the wall of our room (I have a small video clip of it) The pool was nice but hot tub was cool not warm. The parking garage card reader took forever to work every time we used it. Elevator card reader had a hard time working. Maid had to help us. HI has changed a lot since the fires came through my hometown a few years back and we stayed there. Probably won’t be back. Sad, it was a great place at one time.

      Disappointing.

      I wasn’t greeted when I entered and waited in the line to check in and I found the front desk staff unfriendly. Our room key didn’t work. The whole wing our room was on smelled musky. Our room phone was in poor condition, there was trash by the bed. We had no bedding or pillows for the fold out couch, and no extra blanket we requested. We’ve had much better stays at much less expensive hotels.
