Worst hotel ever. Would not recommend
This is the worst place that I’ve ever stayed at. The service is horrible. The hot water was always cold or Luke warm. Our stay was supposed to be for two days, but we left at the beginning of the 2nd day because of the issues there. There were no wash cloths in the room either. I feel that I should’ve only been charged for one day instead of two. Upon leaving the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude.

Best bang for your buck in Orlando!!
Dont refrence the negative reviews, this place isnt a 5 star resort so dont go expecting it to be. The place isnt bad at all compares to a days inn ttpe place and was very clean and staff what exceptionally nice. The pool was clean and the little bar and grill next to it was really good. The room was a little dated but otherwise in great condition. Id definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Property was conveniently located near Universal Studios, only a quick 10 minute drive. The room and hotel seem a bit dirty, dirty sheets, dirty towels, not dirty dirty, but not 100% clean either. The lady at the front counter was friendly and helpful, other than her, there was no positive to this hotel. No windows in the rooms, many ghetto people devouring the breakfast as if they never had breakfast before, definitely a 2 star hotel for sure. Wouldn't do this again.

Dirty
This was the WORST place I have ever stayed. We booked a week, and on the second day we wanted to leave. First, when we walked into the room it had a very bad smell. The carpet felt very dirty. When opening the closet the smell in there was even worse. I had to kill a couple roaches throughout the days we spent there. There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceilings. There were dead bugs and droppings on the window sill and above the AC unit, and also on the corners. Even the curtains and sheets have stains. There were previous guest’s belongings on the floor next to the bed. In the bathroom, the half wall next to the toilet had some stains that looked like blood. I had to clean it myself because I was worried my children would touch it. The sink in the bathroom also was dirty. The bath tub was dirty and the drain was all rusted. Bathroom floor did not seem clean either. And had a couple broken tiles that could hurt someone. The water in the shower was tepid. Even though in FL the weather is warm, we would like to have a warm shower at the end of the day. That did not happen! I was told housekeeping would come only after the third day if requested. I did not request but it seems they came, because some towels were taken. But they did not replace the towels, I had to go pick up new ones at the front desk. Housekeeping did not take the trash out. We had to bag it and put outside. I tried calling the front desk about the water and also to see if we could leave earlier
