It was a great stay great supportive staff who go out of there way to assist you for a comfortable stay. Best hotel in this area as the others have lots of drug use and criminal activity

Nice staff. Convenient location. My room had the smoke alarm stuffed in the ice bucket, a drawer that wouldnt close, and a cockroach in the bathroom sink. For the money it's not worth it in my opinion.

Helpful staff, nice rooms. Location is somewhat hidden but easy access to major highways and downtown Reading. Need a 'business station' at the hotel with computers.

No longer pet friendly
When I booked it said pet friendly. When I arrived at the hotel they said we could not stay due to having a small dog. We were in Reading for the Humane PA event which is for pets. We walk our dogs to get donations. Of course I had my 10 lbs Pomerania with me.

Let’s get something straight. It isn’t a hotel with lots of amenities. It is a motel that offers a bed, clean sheets and shower. For those travellers needing just that, it is fine. For those looking for any sort of comfort, look elsewhere. The hotel is situated in a fair proximity of main roads and interstate and in close proximity (10 min drive) to several restaurants, I.e. Red Lobster. Reception staff upon checking was very friendly and helpful. She immediately switch rooms for us when we noticed something was a amiss. She even gave us an upgrade. The motel itself is sadly run down state that begs for an update.
