The room was very nice and beds are comfy. The breakfast was really good and most of the staff are very friendly. Front desk people are kind of rude. In general is a nice place to stay
Lovely place. Rooms in the middle of a flowered garden..
It's a beautiful place with a casual feel to it. It's a bit older with no elevators to their second floors
Beautifully landscaped grounds, very nice buildings and suites, easy parking, polite staff. However, Pacifica Suites are located in Goleta, 10 miles from Santa Barbara. Best rooms are with pool views (i.e. no ocean views). Too many people at breakfast, had to wait for a table. Kids in the pool made swimming difficult. Nice hot tub.
Hotel staff very nice and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was basic but good. The room had a very strong odor that was kind of gross (smelt like backed up toilets). The water was also gross - do not drink from the tap. The pool is very small and you are a ways from restaurants and shopping ($8.00 Uber ride) but it’s ok value for your money. We only stayed one night and that was fine by us.
Pleasant stay, staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was quite good and well organized...
This hotel is dated and needs a lot of work. The rooms are tired. We were only there one night and left early the next morning. Any place else this hotel would have rate no more than 2 stars.
This is a beautiful property. The room was nice and comfortable. We were here on business during covid shut down so we cant comment on any of the services. We were on tge freeway side of the property and it was noisy. I would request to be on the other side.
The whole place was really clean. The staff at the front desk was nice and helpful.
It was a very pleasant stay. There were no extra blankets and pillows in the room but we turned up the thermostat to stay warm. We could of waited for these but the kids were ready for bed and we were tried from the trip to wait for going bed. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room which was strange for the price the $200+ they charge per night.
