Big rooms enough to room a family of 6. But room felt dirty. Chipped old paint on walls, stained tub, many carbet stains, vent was gross to look at, had to air out the room. With kids the pool is the focus of the trip but only opened at 10am contrary to the 9am posting inside the pool.
Not good at all bedroom mattress was horrible desk chair was piling looked horrible cigarettes burn holes in front room table will never go back again. They need to upgrade very old looking
I love the hotel its very comfortable i love the bed its so soft. The onky thing i dont like about it is they need to clean they rooms a lil better. And everytime i come into the room half of the dishes is gone. But other then dat its cool
I have stayed at this location numerous times over the past few years. Its decline has been evident. This past visit is the nail in the coffin. When you check in, you sign a, "no party" waiver. EVERYTIME there has been an obvious party full of teenagers. The parking lot was full of kids standing around, driving in circles and the smell of weed was everywhere. The room itself was mediocre at best. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the dishwasher had not been emptied. 2 hours into the stay, the fire alarm was pulled by the group of partiers. When I exited the hotel for safety reasons, there was a big bag of trash in the stairway. Upon getting to the street level, kids were speeding off and it was chaos, It literally looked like the club just let out. The police later arrive to see what was going on. This is the new norm and management seems to let this happen. Needless to say I am done with this location unless I am throwing a party for a bunch of teenagers.
We’ve stayed at this location several times with no issues. This time they charged a deposit of 150.00, the keys they issued would not open outside entry doors and took 10 minutes to get in our room. The halls and elevator smelled terrible. Once we got in our room no shower curtain and the bathroom door had a big dent. Here due to power outage
Run down and not clean.
When we checked in, we were asked if the double-bed we signed up for was ok. We said it was. She asked if we wanted a larger bed. I asked if there was a price difference. My wife said that we signed up for a double-bed. So, we were given a first-floor room with a double-bed. While this hotel is rated as 3-star, that room was a 1. It was a terrible room. Spots on carpet, unmaintained room, etc. Also, the first floor halls were not clean, stairwells filthy, garbage cans in stairwells overflowing. It also appeared that people were living on that floor. I went back to the front desk to say that our room was not acceptable and it was not a 3-star. The woman at the desk said that was the reason that she offered a larger bed. She gave me a temporary key to look at a third-floor room. That room was much better. My wife and I took that room. I went to the front desk again to tell her it was much better. She said that if my wife had not made such a big deal about us wanting what we initially signed up for, she would have put it right away in the better room since, by how we were dressed (I with a suit and my wife in a dress) she knew we would not be happy with the first-floor room. Why do the clothes someone wears dictate the quality of the room they are paying for? Why does a 3-star rated hotel (by Travelocity) have 1-star rooms? This entire situation anger me.
Excellent customer service at front desk! 1st room given to me didn't have double doors separating bedroom from living area. I was given another room immediately. This room didn't have screens for windows in living area, but there aren't bugs in October, so we were fine. Personally, the prices should have been cheaper. Everytime I stay here, the price is different ($70 - $85) & this time was the highest I paid ever ($103/night)... & there was no breakfast, coffee, or use of workout facility due to COVID.
The bedroom walls were dirty, the curtains was dusty and it was smaller than it appeared on the site. The furniture was dated and it didn't have an oven.
Not clean. Elevator janky , outdated , all appliances were really old
