Great hotel
We stood in town for Dodgers Spring Training games. Overall clean hotel, comfortable, friendly, and able to accommodate our ADA request. Ample parking. They offer continental breakfast that started at 7am but when we went by at 9am, they didn't seem like they were set up yet

Nice hotel, could have better service.
The lobby was nice. We had a new frint desk worker who did not know what she was doing. Check in took too long. The refrigerator was very loud all night long. The night person was very nice. Gave us extra pillows.

Great location, safe, good pool
Hotel was very clean inside throughout the property. Pool and hot tub were both clean and had such a pretty backyard feel with palm trees and a gazebo. Hotel room was spotless, comfortable, great bathroom. Plenty of parking. Always felt safe in and around property. Super close to highway Breakfast was very good with hot options. Only complaints were: 3 days in a row no pool towels outside by the pool in the storage box. Absolutely no maid service during multi day stay. Laminated sign in room says due to covid they won't clean unless you call the day before and ask for it. During a multi day stay I expect daily service for trash cans emptied and new towels and toilet paper replenished as needed. And covid is no excuse in 2023 when the breakfast buffet is jammed packed with people sharing utensils ect. Admit you're short staffed or pinching pennies otherwise take out trash daily from guest rooms. I shouldn't have to call the lobby daily to ask or go to the front desk myself for towels to take a shower. The woman who checked me in was a bit rough around the edges as well but all other staff were very friendly. I'd recommend this hotel and stay again but the towel and trash was a big annoyance.
