Liked: Overall design and aesthetic concept inspired by Salvador Dali Disliked: 1) the walk in shower in the room (the water splashes out of the shower all over the bathroom floor and there is no drain. Had to mop up all the spilled out water with a towel 2) the clinical design in the room 3) very small room

Very central. Good location Yuck check in and held our luggage until too. Ready.
Wonderful location, allowed early check-in, clean room and public spaces, well-enforced COVID prevention measures. Safe and comfortable experience.
everything was fine ... hotel in the center of the old part of town ... very friendly receptionists..clean rooms ... good beds and night peace ...
great staff and attention was first class check in excellent and very attentive people
I had specifically booked a twin room with a bath for medical reasons, and paid extra money for a superior room, I had requested this on booking. On arrival at the hotel we were informed no superior twin rooms with baths, we then said we would take a less expensive room, but they didn’t have that either. At the time of booking the hotel should have advised that they could not accommodate our request and we would have booked elsewhere. They advertise that the rooms come with baths or showers. The rooms themselves were very basic and I don’t mean chic minimalist. Why when people book twin rooms do they push the beds together, the point is to have separate beds. Sparse amenities, no ladies niceties, no pictures on the wall, deeply disappointing. Poorly designed bathroom, poor furnishings and a slightly sloping floor. Lots of issues, no apology from the management, no nice formalities on check out - they didn’t care if we had a nice stay, they had our money! On the plus side, great location, and a good buffet breakfast.
Amazing hotel! We had a wonderful stay here, it's in a perfect location for exploring the city and within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars, along with attractions. Our room was large, nicely designed and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great, with lovely Rituals toiletries included. We loved the old features and the quirky design of this hotel. We ate in the hotel one night and the food was delicious, along with a good wine list. We tried breakfast one morning too, it was good and there was a range of buffet style options but we felt it was quite highly priced for what you get. We decided to eat out for breakfast as there are lots of nearby options. I would also recommend the hotel bar! The hotel was a little noisy as it's an old building the walls were quite thin, and our room was overlooking the street so you could hear some noise from outside, but this wasn't too much of a problem (especially if you bring ear plugs!). I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel!
Great location friendly staff and good breakfast but quite noisy at night. There was a lot of street noise most nights but worse was the noise from the hotel bar. Loud music and partying until 3am on one night. Otherwise a good place to stay.
Room was clean comfortable and affordable for a night in the city. Close to attractions. Reception was good and coped with my efforts to speak Spanish. No hairdryer in bathroom and told reception and one was put in the room. Bar was great for having a drink and relaxing.
