Arrived at hotel, checked in, then went to the room. The coffee pot cups are outside the floor mat thrown on the side and full of dirt. The room is not clean. The mattress looks like it belongs in a trailer park and I paid well over $300 I complained and no one even bothered to respond back. Looks like a junkyard.

Love the fact that the room was freshened up daily. We were in th process of printing boarding passes on 8/7 when the printer ran out of paper. A staff member just happened to be walking by and reloaded the printer without even having to be asked. Check in was great. We were on an early arriving flight and the front desk was able to accomodate our request for early check in. Great location. We'll be back.

It would be funny if it weren't so diabolical

This is the second time I have stayed here and although the first time was excellent, this time was extremely disappointing. On the first day I requested my room be made up and by 5:00pm I had to find housekeeping and again request the room be made up. The following day it was not made up at all despite again requesting it be done. I just left it this time. Day three same again. I reminded them in the morning and again at 3:00pm and 5:00pm. Eventually someone arrived at 6:30pm who was clearly not from Housekeeping. He basically blamed me for not reporting it to housekeeping earlier and admonished me and informed me to report these things earlier, which is exactly what I had done. The room was partially made up, but clearly the aforementioned person did not want to be there and did not even tidy up the bottom sheet, but just pulled the top sheet up and left the bottom sheet in a mess. Well onto day 4 and surely this could not be a problem again. Wrong. I informed reception at 7:15am that I wanted the room made up. By 5:00pm this still had not happened and I had to go and remind them again. Finally on day 5 when I was checking out and had a 'Do not disturb' sign on the door there was a knock and they came to make up the room as I was checking out. The restaurant staff were amazing and Bob, the shuttlebus driver, was awesome, but sadly the housekeeping staff let the entire resort down and destroyed the entire experience.
