I’ve previously stayed at this location and had no real issues. However this time I was shocked to see that the condition of the room was not as nice as I had remembered. The room definitely wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been.

I just needed a bed.
Our stay was okay. Essentially I needed a room to sleep in for my dog and I while we attended a wedding in the area. The room we originally were given had a broken toilet and we were switched to a room a few doors down. The second room had a broken television (I just turned it on for background noise to get ready), however the biggest surprise was that the shower drain wouldn’t stay up and the water just collected. To get the tub to drain, I had to hold the plug up to allow the water to make its way down. It was midnight so I just wanted to go to bed. None of this things tarnished my overall experience, but just some areas I think they could improve upon.

Lobby and staff was nice. Above average vending section with sample size medications. EXCELLENT location. Major shopping plaza across the street, Walmart, fast foods, Sams, Dollar general, Bank, Major Highway off the entrance. Pleased with TV Netflix and YouTube apps. NEGATIVES: room had a strong stench like an old movie theater from the carpet smelling musty and mildew. only 3 flat pillows. Made sleep uncomfortable. minor thin linen on the bed. Bed wasn't fluffy or that comfortable, was really surprised. I have stayed at LaQuinta's before. No delivery menu or TV channel guide in the room which is BASIC expectations. Motorcycle crew making noise and revving up their backs very late into midnight. But now that I know what to expect I'll probably stay again due to the convenient location. I'll just bring my own blankets, pillows, and air freshener, and sleep plugs. Due to COVID, only grab bag breakfast. Fruit, granola bar, bottle water.

We had a very nice time in Maryland. The service was extremely amazing . It was nice and clean. Ill be back soon. I hated that i couldn't stay longer. Thanks for a beautiful weekend.
